Three Archdiocese of Philadelphia Elementary School Teachers Recognized by the Philadelphia Phillies
Mrs. Megen Demeter, 3rd Grade Teacher at Holy Rosary Regional Catholic School in Plymouth Meeting (Montgomery County); Mrs. Irene Moll, 1st Grade Teacher at Saint Pius X Parish School in Broomall (Delaware County); and Mrs. Theresa Polizzi 8th Grade Teacher at Saint Pio Regional Catholic School in South Philadelphia were among ten educators in the region recognized as All-Star Teachers by the Philadelphia Phillies prior to their game on Friday, May 8 as part of the Phillies 26th annual Teacher Appreciation Night.
Miss Nicole Panetta, 2nd Grade Teacher at Holy Rosary, nominated Mrs. Demeter; a Saint Pius student nominated Mrs. Moll; and a Saint Pio student nominated Mrs. Polizzi.
