Most Reverend Keith J. Chylinski to Visit Bishop Shanahan High School for the Celebration of Mass
Following Mass, Bishop Chylinski will lead the school’s annual outdoor May Procession in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Most Reverend Keith J. Chylinski, the Auxiliary Bishop of Philadelphia who oversees Catholic Education as part of his pastoral and administrative responsibilities in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, will visit Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown (Chester County) for the celebration of Mass. Reverend Louis J. Monica, who serves as the School Minister, will concelebrate. Deacon Thomas A. Strohmetz will provide liturgical assistance.

Students in Bishop Shanahan’s Faith in Action classes and Ministry Club will serve as readers and present the offertory gifts.
Following Mass, Bishop Chylinski will lead the school’s annual May Procession to honor the Blessed Virgin Mary. In addition, this day marks the one-year anniversary of Pope Leo XIV’s election to the papacy.
